Service

PCB assembly based on customer documentation

We perform manual SMD and through-hole assembly of printed circuit boards according to customer documentation, including components down to 0603 package size.

We work with prototype units and low-volume batches. Components can be supplied by the customer or sourced according to an agreed specification.

FAQ

What is the smallest component size you assemble?

For this service we specify manual SMD assembly down to 0603 package size.

Can we supply our own components?

Yes. Customer-supplied PCBs and components can be used if completeness and identification are verified before launch.

Do you accept a single PCB?

Yes. We accept one-off prototype boards and small batches.

What documents are required for launch?

Usually BOM, assembly drawing, reference designators, polarity information, list of DNP positions and soldering and inspection requirements are needed.

Do you support mixed SMD and through-hole assembly?

Yes. We accept boards that combine SMD and through-hole components within one product.

Do you perform functional testing?

Functional testing is performed according to an agreed method when the required source data, tooling and equipment are available.
