Cable harness and cable assembly manufacturing based on customer documentation

We manufacture cable harnesses, interconnect cables and cable assemblies based on drawings, connection tables and specifications provided by the customer. We accept prototype units, low-volume and production batches.

We perform conductor preparation, crimping, soldering, connector installation, marking, harness layout and circuit inspection before shipment. We work either with customer-supplied materials or with an agreed sourced component set.

Products we manufacture

  • branched cable harnesses;
  • interconnect cables;
  • signal cables;
  • power and control lines;
  • shielded cable products;
  • cables with panel and cable connectors;
  • internal cable interconnects for devices and assemblies;
  • prototype units for design validation;
  • repeat batches based on approved documentation.

Operations performed

  • cutting and preparation of conductors to specified lengths;
  • insulation stripping;
  • tinning;
  • contact crimping;
  • soldering;
  • IDC / poke-in type termination where specified.
  • connector assembly;
  • shield and braid installation;
  • heat-shrink application;
  • branch lacing and fixation;
  • wire, branch and connector marking;
  • layout by board, template or drawing and final inspection.

Connectors and terminations

We assemble cable products with connectors specified in customer documentation. The assembly method is selected according to contact design and documentation requirements: crimping, soldering, IDC or a combined method.

  • SR50, SR75, SR100;
  • SMA, SMB, BNC, TNC, N-Type;
  • ShR, 2RM, RS, SNC;
  • MIL-DTL-38999 and compatible solutions;
  • Harting Han, ILME.
  • TE Connectivity, Deutsch, Delphi/Aptiv;
  • Molex;
  • Phoenix Contact;
  • Binder M8/M12;
  • other types according to customer specification.

Availability of specific components and whether purchasing is required are clarified during quotation.

Order launch workflow

  1. Receive technical documentation, drawings and specification.
  2. Review completeness and clarify open points.
  3. Align materials, batch size, lead time and inspection operations.
  4. Manufacture the first article or prototype batch.
  5. Approve the result and launch the remaining quantity.
  6. Perform final inspection, packing and shipment.

Inspection of cable products

Inspection is not performed only after assembly. Critical operations are checked throughout production so that mistakes do not propagate to the next stage.

  • compliance of applied wires and components with the specification;
  • conductor and branch lengths;
  • correct contact installation;
  • crimp and solder quality;
  • marking compliance;
  • connection correctness;
  • absence of short circuits;
  • continuity of circuits;
  • visual condition of insulation and connectors;
  • configuration compliance with the drawing.

What is required for quotation

  • drawing or connection diagram;
  • pin / contact table;
  • specification;
  • requirements for wires, connectors and marking;
  • lengths and tolerances;
  • batch size;
  • requested lead time;
  • packaging requirements;
  • customer-supplied material information;
  • inspection program or list of inspection operations.

Production formats

  • single and prototype units;
  • pilot batches;
  • low-volume production;
  • repeat production deliveries;
  • customer-supplied material workflow;
  • NDA-based projects.

FAQ

Can you make a single prototype unit?

Yes. We accept one-off prototype units if the documentation package is sufficient for launch and inspection.

Do you work with customer-supplied materials?

Yes. We can work with customer-supplied wires, connectors and related materials if the set is agreed before launch.

What documents are required for quotation?

Usually a drawing, connection diagram or pin table, specification, lengths, marking requirements, batch size and inspection requirements are needed.

Is every circuit checked?

The inspection scope is agreed according to the documentation. For cable products this usually includes connection correctness, continuity and absence of short circuits.

Can an NDA be signed before documentation is shared?

Yes. If the project requires confidentiality, it can be specified before the full documentation package is transferred.

Can a previously manufactured batch be repeated?

Yes, if the documentation and agreed product composition have not changed. Key launch and inspection parameters are fixed for repeat deliveries.
