Box-build electronics assembly based on customer documentation

We perform box-build electronics assembly, subassembly installation and final unit build according to customer design and process documentation.

We install components and cable products into enclosures, mount panel connectors, connect harnesses and interconnect wiring, perform soldering, mechanical assembly and inspection of critical operations.

Work we perform

  • installation of components inside enclosures;
  • panel connector installation;
  • connection of cable harnesses;
  • routing of interconnect wiring;
  • soldering of conductors;
  • installation of terminals and switching elements;
  • mounting of PCBs and modules;
  • mechanical assembly;
  • installation of cable glands and mounting hardware;
  • marking of internal connections.

Products accepted for assembly

  • electronic blocks and modules;
  • instrument assemblies;
  • connection and interface panels;
  • power and control units;
  • laboratory equipment;
  • custom electronic devices;
  • prototype units;
  • repeatable assemblies based on stable documentation.

Production launch workflow

  1. Review the assembly drawing and product composition.
  2. Check the specification and delivery set.
  3. Align the assembly sequence.
  4. Build the first unit.
  5. Check access to connections and serviceability.
  6. Approve and assemble the batch.
  7. Perform inspection, packing and shipment.

Assembly inspection

  • completeness of supplied parts;
  • correct placement of components;
  • fastening method and torque when specified;
  • correct connection of circuits;
  • soldering quality;
  • absence of wire and insulation damage;
  • marking;
  • mechanical fixation;
  • compliance with the assembly drawing;
  • electrical connection checks within the agreed scope.

Data required for quotation

  • assembly drawing;
  • specification;
  • electrical interconnection diagram;
  • list of cable products;
  • requirements for soldering and fastening;
  • inspection requirements;
  • batch size;
  • requested lead time;
  • customer-supplied material list.

Example

The photo shows an assembly stage of an electronic block inside an enclosure. For such products we separately check harness routing, access to connections and the assembly sequence.

FAQ

Can you assemble a single prototype unit?

Yes. We accept prototype units and pilot batches if the documentation package is sufficient for assembly and inspection.

Do you work with customer-supplied components?

Yes. The customer can supply enclosures, connectors, harnesses, PCBs and other agreed parts.

Can you install ready-made harnesses into an enclosure?

Yes. If harnesses are already manufactured, we can install, route and terminate them within the assembly.

What documents are required for quotation?

Typically we need an assembly drawing, specification, electrical interconnection diagram, list of cable items and requirements for soldering, fastening and inspection.

Is mechanical assembly included?

Yes, when it is part of the product design and defined by the customer documentation.

Can the same assembly be repeated later?

Yes, if the product composition and agreed assembly requirements remain unchanged.
