LLC “Cable Assembly” is a manufacturing company based in Saint Petersburg. We produce cable harnesses, cable assemblies, assembled PCBs and box-build electronics based on customer documentation.
We work with prototypes, low-volume and production batches. For quotation we accept specifications, drawings, BOMs and other project source data.

Assemblies of specified length with coaxial connector installation, inspection of cable termination, contact quality and shielding integrity.
Box-build electronics assembly
Installation of components, cable products and connectors into enclosures, wiring of circuits, and mechanical assembly of units and blocks.

Manual SMD and through-hole assembly according to assembly documentation, including components down to 0603 package size.

What documents are required for an initial quotation?
For an initial estimate, a drawing, connection diagram, specification or BOM, batch size and required lead time are usually enough. If anything is missing, we clarify it before the quotation stage.
Do you work with customer-supplied materials?
Yes. We can work with customer-supplied wires, connectors, housings, PCBs and other agreed components, or with an approved sourced component set.
Do you accept prototype batches and one-off units?
Yes. We accept prototype units, pilot batches, low-volume production and repeat deliveries based on stable documentation.
Can an NDA be signed before documentation is shared?
Yes. If the project requires confidentiality, mention it before sending the full documentation package.
What happens after the request is sent?
We review the documentation package, clarify unclear points, align lead time and inspection scope, and then return with lead time and cost feedback.
